# Review & Settlement

### Settlement & Payment

Once a task is completed, it will proceed with the settlement process based on execution results.

#### Settlement Logic

After a task is created and published, the allocated budget is reserved and used exclusively for rewards and settlement.

Curators will only receive rewards if they meet all of the following conditions:

* The content has been approved
* The content is delivered within the specified timeframe
* The content complies with all task requirements (e.g., links, hashtags, messaging guidelines)

Content that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for payment.

#### Settlement Process

After the task ends, the system will automatically calculate performance and execute settlement.

Merchant can view the result and release the rewards to eligible curators, eliminating the need for manual processing and improving efficiency.

#### Exception Handling

In certain cases, you may flag or intervene in the settlement process, including:

* Content not published as required
* Tasks outside predefined types may require extra verification
* Suspicious or abnormal performance data
* Delivered content differs from the approved version

The platform will review these cases and determine whether rewards should be issued.

#### Fund Usage

Your account balance is used for:

* Curator incentives and reward distribution
* Task-related settlement during execution

All fund flows are managed within the platform to ensure transparency and control.
