# Recruitment & Delivery

### Recruit Curators and Execute

Once your task is published, you can find it in your task dashboard in **Tasks & Collaboration**. The task enters the execution phase, which consists of several periods:

#### Recruitment Period

During this stage, curators can apply to your task, or you can invite them directly. You can review applications and select suitable curators to move forward.

#### Creation / Review Period

Selected curators will submit draft proposals for your review.

You can take the following actions:

* ✅ Approve
* 🔁 Request Revision
* ❌ Reject

Only approved content will proceed to the publishing stage.

#### Publishing Period

After approval, curators are required to publish their content within the specified timeframe.

During this stage, you can:

* View published content
* Track each curator’s delivery status

⚠️ Notes:

* Early or late submissions may be considered invalid
* Content must strictly follow task requirements (links, hashtags, messaging, etc.)

Once the task is completed, it will proceed to the settlement process based on performance.
