MagVerse FAQ

### 1. General

#### 1.1 What is MagVerse?

MagVerse is a traffic and growth marketing platform powered by blockchain infrastructure and driven by data and AI agents.

In practical terms, MagVerse is a structured collaboration system where merchants can publish growth tasks, and curators or other service providers can help execute them through a workflow that includes matching, execution, review, and settlement.

#### 1.2 Who is MagVerse for?

MagVerse is designed primarily for two groups of users:

**Merchants** — brands, product teams, Web3 projects, AI tools, applications, exchanges, e-commerce sellers, communities, and other businesses that need traffic, attention, content distribution, user growth, or execution support.

**Curators and service providers** — creators, KOLs, KOCs, community operators, guilds, and other participants who can contribute to growth outcomes.

#### 1.3 Is MagVerse only an influencer platform?

No. While creator collaboration is a core use case, MagVerse is intended to support a broader range of growth contributors and task types.

It is better understood as a structured growth collaboration platform than as a narrow influencer listing site.

#### 1.4 How does MagVerse work?

A merchant creates a task with a defined budget, requirements, and timeline. The platform helps match suitable curators or service providers. Providers then accept and execute the work. After submission, the task goes through review or verification. Once approved, settlement is completed through the platform, including onchain payment methods where applicable.

#### 1.5 What role does AI play on MagVerse?

AI is designed to improve workflow efficiency across the platform. It may assist with task structuring, matching logic, requirement understanding, and execution review.

AI functions as an assistive layer. It should not be understood as a promise of fully automatic decision-making.

#### 1.6 Does MagVerse guarantee campaign performance?

No. MagVerse helps structure collaboration and improve execution clarity, but campaign performance depends on multiple factors, including task design, market conditions, audience fit, content quality, and timing.

MagVerse does not guarantee fixed outcomes. Its role is to provide a clearer and more efficient system for managing growth collaboration.

#### 1.7 Why does MagVerse use onchain settlement?

Onchain settlement can improve payment transparency and efficiency, particularly in cross-border collaboration scenarios. It also supports MagVerse’s broader goal of making growth transactions more reliable, traceable, and easier to settle.

#### 1.8 What makes MagVerse different?

MagVerse is designed to systemize the full collaboration process, not only the discovery stage.

The platform structures demand publishing, matching, execution, review, and settlement within one workflow. It also combines AI-assisted processes, onchain payment design, and broader provider roles beyond traditional influencer identity.

#### 1.9 Can businesses outside Web3 use MagVerse?

Yes. Although MagVerse has strong relevance in Web3 and AI ecosystems, the platform model is broader. Any business that needs structured growth services may be relevant to MagVerse over time.

#### 1.10 What stage is the platform currently in?

MagVerse has a clear long-term direction, but users should understand that the product may still be evolving in terms of completeness, user experience, and ecosystem scale.

At the current stage, the priority is to make the core workflow clear, usable, and continuously improving.

#### 1.11 What is the long-term vision of MagVerse?

The long-term goal of MagVerse is to become an infrastructure layer for growth collaboration, where attention, distribution, execution capability, AI tools, and onchain settlement can work together in one system.

This is a broader ambition than simply helping one merchant find one creator.

### 4. Participation and Platform Logic

#### 4.1 Is MagVerse only for KOLs?

No. MagVerse is not limited to traditional KOL identity.

In addition to curators, the platform can gradually support broader service providers such as KOCs, guilds, community operators, and other participants who can contribute to growth execution.

#### 4.2 Will I see every task on the platform?

Not necessarily. Task visibility may depend on your account positioning, profile, and level. This helps surface opportunities that are more relevant to your role and capability.

#### 4.3 Is AI making all decisions on the platform?

No. AI is used to assist workflow efficiency, but it does not mean that all platform decisions are fully automatic.

Human review, platform rules, and merchant judgment may still apply in areas such as matching, content review, and approval.

#### 4.4 Is MagVerse already fully mature?

Not yet. MagVerse is still evolving in terms of product completeness, experience polish, and ecosystem scale.

At this stage, the priority is to ensure that the core workflow is clear, functional, and continuously improving for both merchants and curators.
