# Execution

### 1. Overview

Once a task is published, it enters the execution workflow on MagVerse.

This workflow is divided into four main stages:

1. **Recruitment Period** – recruit and select curators
2. **Creation Period** – review draft proposals and provide feedback
3. **Publishing Period** – verify live content submissions
4. **Completion & Settlement** – review results and release rewards

Each stage is time-bound and plays a specific role in ensuring that the task is executed in a structured, transparent, and verifiable way.

***

### 2. Recruitment Period

The **Recruitment Period** is the first active stage of the task.

At this stage, the task is officially open for curator participation.

Merchants can recruit curators in two ways:

* wait for eligible curators to apply organically
* proactively invite curators from **Curator Resources** or **Guild**

***

#### 2.1 Reviewing Applications

During the Recruitment Period:

* curators who are interested in the task may submit applications
* application notifications can be viewed from the task detail page
* all applicants and invited curators are shown in the **Application** tab

This gives merchants a centralized view of all potential participants.

***

#### 2.2 Inviting Curators

Merchants are not limited to passive applications.

You may also:

* browse **Curator Resources** to identify suitable curators
* explore **Guilds** to find organized curator groups
* invite selected curators to join a specific task

Invited curators may choose whether to accept or decline the invitation.

***

#### 2.3 Accepting or Rejecting Curators

Merchants can review applicants and decide whether to:

* **accept** a curator who fits the task requirements
* **reject** a curator who does not meet expectations

If a curator is rejected, they can no longer participate in that task.

👉 Acceptance should be based on relevance, quality, and fit with campaign goals.

***

#### 2.4 Recruitment Limits

Recruitment ends when either of the following happens:

* the **Recruitment Period** reaches its end time
* the task reaches the maximum curator capacity set in the task configuration

After that point, no additional curators can be accepted.

***

### 3. Creation Period

The **Creation Period** is the second stage of the workflow.

Once this stage begins, accepted curators can start submitting draft proposals for merchant review.

This is the phase where merchants guide quality before publication.

***

#### 3.1 Draft Submission

During the Creation Period, curators may submit:

* content drafts
* proposals
* supporting attachments

These draft submissions appear in the task detail page, where merchants can review the latest updates.

***

#### 3.2 Reviewing Draft Proposals

Merchants can evaluate submitted drafts and decide whether to:

* **accept** the draft
* **reject** the draft
* provide **feedback** for revision

This allows merchants to ensure that content direction, messaging, and requirements are aligned before publishing.

***

#### 3.3 Feedback and Revision

If a draft does not meet expectations, merchants may provide feedback.

Curators can then revise the draft and resubmit it during the Creation Period.

This revision loop helps improve quality and reduce errors before content goes live.

***

#### 3.4 End of Creation Period

When the Creation Period ends:

* curators can no longer submit new drafts
* only accepted draft submissions can move forward to publication

👉 Merchants should complete draft reviews in time to avoid blocking execution.

***

### 4. Publishing Period

The **Publishing Period** is the stage when approved curators publish their content live.

Only curators with accepted content should proceed to this stage.

***

#### 4.1 Live Publication

During the Publishing Period, curators are expected to:

* publish content on the required platform
* follow the approved direction and task requirements
* complete publication within the defined time window

***

#### 4.2 Link Submission and Validation

After publishing, curators must submit the live content link to MagVerse.

This serves as proof that the content has been published.

MagVerse will then verify whether the submission is a **legitimate live publication**.

If the publication is validated:

* the content link is updated in the task detail dashboard
* merchants can view and open the link directly for confirmation

👉 This helps ensure both authenticity and traceability of execution.

***

### 5. Completion and Result Review

When the task reaches the **Completion Date**, execution is considered finished.

At this stage, MagVerse aggregates the submitted content and related task data for merchant review.

Merchants can then assess overall task performance and determine which curators are eligible for rewards.

***

#### 5.1 Reviewing Final Results

MagVerse displays relevant execution data for all participating curators.

This allows merchants to:

* review which curators completed valid submissions
* confirm that deliverables meet task requirements
* evaluate which participants qualify for rewards

***

#### 5.2 Manual Reward Distribution

Merchants may manually release rewards to curators who are eligible.

This gives merchants direct control over final reward distribution after reviewing task outcomes.

***

#### 5.3 Automatic Settlement (T+3)

If the merchant takes no action after completion:

* MagVerse will automatically settle eligible rewards
* settlement will be processed within **3 days after task completion**

This ensures that qualified curators are paid in a timely manner even without manual intervention.

***

### 6. Collaboration Principles

The task execution workflow is designed to balance:

* merchant control
* curator flexibility
* platform verification
* payment efficiency

Each stage exists for a reason:

* **Recruitment** improves participant selection
* **Creation** improves content quality
* **Publishing** verifies real execution
* **Completion** ensures fair and rule-based settlement

👉 Following the workflow closely helps reduce disputes and improve campaign quality.

***

### 7. Best Practices for Merchants

To achieve better execution outcomes, merchants are encouraged to:

* review curator applications early during recruitment
* invite suitable curators proactively when needed
* provide clear and actionable feedback during draft review
* confirm live content promptly during publishing
* review final results before settlement where appropriate

A more active merchant workflow typically leads to better campaign quality and fewer execution issues.

***

### 8. Important Notes

* Curators must be accepted before they can participate in execution;
* Rejected curators cannot join the task again;
* Drafts must be submitted within the Creation Period;
* Only accepted content should move to the Publishing Period;
* Live content must be submitted and validated to count as effective execution;
* Merchants may manually settle rewards, or MagVerse will automatically settle eligible payouts within T+3.
