# Guild

### 1. Overview

The **Guild** section allows merchants to efficiently discover and collaborate with groups of curators.

Instead of working with individual creators one by one, guilds provide access to:

* pre-organized curator groups
* specialized talent pools
* scalable collaboration opportunities

👉 Using guilds can significantly improve recruitment efficiency and task execution quality.

***

### 2. Exploring Guilds

In the **Guild** page, you can browse all available guilds.

Each guild card displays:

* guild name and positioning
* domain tags (e.g., DeFi, GameFi, Social)
* basic description
* entry point to view details

👉 Choose guilds that align with your campaign goals and target audience.

***

### 3. Viewing Guild Details

Click **“View”** on a guild to access detailed information.

***

#### 3.1 Guild Overview

You can see:

* domain focus (e.g., DeFi, Trading, Infrastructure)
* supported task types (e.g., content, research, community)
* member requirements
* introduction and positioning

👉 This helps you evaluate whether the guild matches your campaign needs.

***

#### 3.2 Member List

The **Member** section shows:

* curator names
* roles (e.g., leader)
* join date
* contribution indicators

👉 This gives you direct visibility into the talent pool within the guild.

***

### 4. Inviting Curators from Guilds

Merchants can directly invite curators from a guild to participate in tasks.

***

#### 4.1 How to Invite

* browse the guild member list
* identify suitable curators
* invite them to your task

👉 This allows targeted collaboration instead of relying only on open applications.

***

#### 4.2 Benefits of Guild-Based Invitations

Using guilds enables:

* faster recruitment of qualified curators
* access to pre-vetted and active participants
* better alignment with campaign requirements

👉 Guilds act as a structured talent layer on top of the marketplace.

***

### 5. Collaboration Strategy

Merchants can use guilds in different ways:

* **Targeted campaigns** – invite specific curators with relevant expertise
* **Batch recruitment** – collaborate with multiple curators from the same guild
* **Long-term partnerships** – repeatedly work with high-performing guilds

***

### 6. Guild Ecosystem Dynamics

Guilds and curators form a mutually reinforcing system:

* strong curators → improve guild performance
* strong guilds → attract more merchants and tasks
* more tasks → attract better curators

👉 This creates a positive growth cycle that benefits both merchants and curators.

***

### 7. Important Notes

* Inviting a curator does not guarantee task acceptance or completion;
* Final participation depends on curator response and task requirements;
* Guild membership does not imply guaranteed performance;
* Merchants should review curator profiles and past performance where available.
