# Terms of Service

MagVerse Terms of Service

Welcome to the MagVerse platform! Before using the services provided by MagVerse (including but not limited to the Merchant side, KOL side, and related Web3 features), please read these Terms of Service carefully.

### 1. Acceptance of Terms <a href="#id-1-acceptance-of-terms" id="id-1-acceptance-of-terms"></a>

By registering, accessing, or using MagVerse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a guild or organization, that entity is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.

### 2. Third-Party Service Integrations (YouTube API Special Notice) <a href="#id-2-third-party-service-integrations-youtube-api-special-notice" id="id-2-third-party-service-integrations-youtube-api-special-notice"></a>

MagVerse integrates third-party APIs (such as YouTube API Services) to provide account verification, data display, and campaign fulfillment services.

* **Data Access:** To provide accurate campaign statistics, we access your public channel data (such as subscriber counts and video metrics) via the YouTube API.

### 3. Privacy and Data Compliance <a href="#id-3-privacy-and-data-compliance" id="id-3-privacy-and-data-compliance"></a>

We value your privacy. In addition to complying with MagVerse’s own Privacy Policy, you should be aware of the following:

* **Notice of API Usage:** Please be advised that the MagVerse platform utilizes **YouTube API Services**.
* **Google Privacy Policy:** You understand and agree that MagVerse’s use of YouTube data is also subject to the [**Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy)**](http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

### 4. Revocation of Authorization and Data Management <a href="#id-4-revocation-of-authorization-and-data-management" id="id-4-revocation-of-authorization-and-data-management"></a>

MagVerse respects users' absolute control over their data:

* **Revoking Access:** You can view, manage, and revoke MagVerse’s access to your YouTube account data at any time via the [**Google Security Settings page (https://myaccount.google.com/connections)**](https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4\&hl=en).
* **Data Deletion Process:** If you wish to delete data stored on MagVerse servers related to third-party APIs or require further explanation regarding data storage procedures, please contact us through our official support channels. Once authorization is revoked, certain features dependent on social media data verification may become unavailable.

### 5. Platform Data, Metrics, and Leaderboard Disclaimer <a href="#id-5-platform-data-metrics-and-leaderboard-disclaimer" id="id-5-platform-data-metrics-and-leaderboard-disclaimer"></a>

MagVerse is committed to providing a fair and transparent ecological evaluation system.

* **Platform Scores (Points/Scores):** **MagVerse platform scores (such as "Community Influence" or "Growth Points") are calculated independently based on internal metrics like user activity and task engagement within the platform. These scores do not directly depend on data provided by the YouTube API and serve only as a reference for internal value within the MagVerse ecosystem. They do not participate in any logic aimed at generating, modifying, or replacing third-party data.**
* **Raw Data Display:** YouTube raw data displayed on the platform (e.g., Subscriber counts) is retrieved directly from the API and is provided for informational purposes only. MagVerse does not provide any derived metrics intended to replace or modify YouTube’s official raw data.

### 6. Account Responsibility and Conduct <a href="#id-6-account-responsibility-and-conduct" id="id-6-account-responsibility-and-conduct"></a>

* **Authenticity:** Users must ensure that their connected social media accounts and guild information are authentic and valid.
* **Anti-Fraud:** Any means of tampering with platform data or influencing leaderboard fairness (e.g., click farming, buying engagement, scripts) is strictly prohibited. MagVerse reserves the right to deduct points, suspend accounts, and recover campaign commissions based on merchant feedback and system monitoring.
* **Prohibited Conduct: Artificial Inflation and Cheating**Magverse is built on authentic creator performance. To protect the integrity of our platform and the brands and creators who participate in good faith, we reserve the right to take action against any account found to be engaging in dishonest or artificially inflated activity.This includes, but is not limited to:
  * Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fake impressions, likes, comments, bookmarks, or other engagement metrics
  * Purchasing or coordinating artificial engagement through third-party services (commonly known as "boosting")
  * Participating in engagement farming, engagement pods, or any coordinated group activity designed to inflate performance metrics beyond organic reach
  * Submitting falsified, manipulated, or misrepresented social media statistics in connection with any bounty, campaign, or referral activity
* If a creator is found to have engaged in any of the above, Magverse reserves the right to, at its sole discretion:

  * Withhold or cancel any pending bounty payments, referral commissions, and guild income
  * Recover and claw back any rewards that have already been paid out in connection with the fraudulent activity
  * Immediately disqualify the creator from any active or future bounties and campaigns
  * Suspend or permanently ban the account from the Magverse platform

  Determinations of prohibited conduct are made by Magverse at its sole discretion, based on available data, platform signals, and third-party verification tools. Creators who believe a determination was made in error may submit an appeal to <hello@magverse.ai> within 14 days of notification.

### 7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration <a href="#id-7-dispute-resolution-and-arbitration" id="id-7-dispute-resolution-and-arbitration"></a>

* **Campaign Disputes:** Disputes between Merchants and KOLs/Guilds should prioritize evidence retention via the MagVerse internal IM system and apply for platform arbitration.
* **Governing Law:** This Agreement is governed by the laws of \[Your Jurisdiction].

### 8. Amendments and Changes <a href="#id-8-amendments-and-changes" id="id-8-amendments-and-changes"></a>

MagVerse reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time based on business developments or updates to third-party policies (such as Google/YouTube Developer Policies). Revised agreements become effective upon posting. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
