The types of Personal Information we collect vary depending on the nature of the Services you use and how you interact with us.

* **Blockchain Information:** Wallet addresses, on-chain activities, interactions with the Services, and **smart contract interactions (e.g., escrowed funds and settlements).**

* **Protected Characteristics:** Characteristics of protected classifications under applicable law (e.g., gender, age).
* **Communication Information:** **Messages and interaction information via our built-in IM (Instant Messaging) system, including chat logs, multimedia attachments (images, videos), and interactions with chatbots.**
* **Commercial and Fulfillment Information:** Records of products or services purchased or used; **task/order publication details, application records, submission materials, performance data, and settlement amounts.**
* **Guild Information:** **Guild affiliation, roles within a guild, membership lists, and internal guild distribution records.**
* **Rating and Reputation Data:** **Merchant scores and comments on KOLs, historical ROI, fulfillment rates, and platform-generated credit scores.**
* **Usage Data:** Browsing behavior, search history, and records of interaction with the Website or App.

* **IM Communications:** All instant messages exchanged between Merchants, Guild Leaders, and KOLs regarding task details, pricing negotiations, and revision requests.

When you subscribe to marketing communications or participate in MagVerse events, we collect:
