Platform Nature and Role MagVerse is a technology platform that facilitates collaboration between merchants and content creators (“curators”) by providing tools for task creation, matching, communication, and settlement coordination. MagVerse operates solely as an intermediary infrastructure provider and does not act as a principal, agent, employer, or representative of any user. All commercial relationships, agreements, and obligations are established directly between merchants and curators. MagVerse does not guarantee the performance, outcome, or effectiveness of any task, campaign, or content executed through the platform. *** ### 2. No Endorsement or Verification of Content All content, materials, and representations published by curators or provided by merchants are the sole responsibility of the respective party. MagVerse does not: * endorse, verify, or approve any content or claims; * guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information; * assume responsibility for compliance with advertising, disclosure, or promotional regulations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies, including but not limited to X (Twitter) and YouTube. *** ### 3. AI-Assisted Features Disclaimer MagVerse may provide AI-powered features, including but not limited to: * curator matching * recommendation systems * performance insights * content evaluation assistance These AI features are provided strictly as assistive tools. AI-generated outputs: * are non-deterministic and may be incomplete or inaccurate; * do not constitute final judgment, certification, or decision-making; * must not be solely relied upon for business, financial, or operational decisions. All decisions, including participation, collaboration, and task execution, are made independently by users. AI systems do not participate in or determine reward eligibility, payout decisions, or dispute outcomes. MagVerse provides human support and reserves the right to review, interpret, and make final determinations based on platform rules and available evidence. *** ### 4. Task Execution and Reward Conditions All tasks published on MagVerse include predefined requirements and reward conditions set by merchants. Reward eligibility is subject to: * fulfillment of task requirements; * compliance with submission standards; * adherence to timelines and platform rules; * verification processes (manual or system-assisted). Completion or submission of a task does not guarantee acceptance or reward distribution. MagVerse does not guarantee: * selection or approval of any curator; * acceptance of submitted work; * successful completion of campaigns. *** ### 5. Payment and Settlement Disclaimer Merchants are required to deposit funds prior to task execution. At the current stage, funds are handled by third-party payment service providers and are not held directly by MagVerse. MagVerse may facilitate coordination of payments but: * does not act as a custodian, escrow agent, or financial institution; * does not guarantee payment timing, availability, or final settlement; * is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party providers. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment-related information, including wallet addresses and account details. MagVerse may introduce blockchain-based or smart contract settlement mechanisms in the future. Such features will be subject to separate terms and technical constraints. *** ### 6. Dispute Resolution and Platform Role In the event of disputes between merchants and curators, MagVerse may provide coordination and support. However: * MagVerse does not act as a binding arbitrator; * final responsibility for agreements remains with the involved parties; * platform decisions are made in good faith based on available information but are not guaranteed to satisfy all parties. Users are encouraged to communicate clearly and maintain verifiable records of their interactions. *** ### 7. Third-Party Platforms and Dependencies Tasks executed through MagVerse may rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including: * social media platforms * blockchain networks * analytics and data services MagVerse does not control and is not responsible for: * changes in third-party policies, algorithms, or availability; * content reach, visibility, or engagement metrics; * account restrictions, suspensions, or enforcement actions by such platforms. *** ### 8. No Financial or Investment Advice Content distributed through MagVerse may involve digital assets, blockchain protocols, or financial products. MagVerse does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the platform constitutes: * an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any asset; * endorsement of any project, token, or financial instrument. Users should conduct independent research and seek professional advice where appropriate. *** ### 9. Compliance and User Responsibility Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions, including but not limited to: * advertising and disclosure laws; * consumer protection requirements; * financial and securities regulations. MagVerse does not assume responsibility for user compliance or regulatory outcomes. *** ### 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MagVerse shall not be liable for: * indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; * loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities; * disputes between users; * inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs; * failure of campaign performance or expected outcomes; * third-party platform or payment provider failures. All use of the platform is at the user’s own risk. *** ### 11. Future Features and System Evolution MagVerse is an evolving platform and may introduce new features, including but not limited to: * onchain settlement mechanisms * smart contract-based treasury systems * automated workflows Such features may introduce additional risks and will be governed by updated terms and disclosures. *** ### 12. Modifications and Updates MagVerse reserves the right to modify or update this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
