# Guild

### 1. What is a Guild

A **Guild** is a collaborative group of curators who work together to access more tasks, improve execution quality, and increase earning opportunities.

Guilds are designed to:

* organize curators into structured teams
* improve task matching and execution efficiency
* help merchants work with groups instead of individuals

👉 Joining a guild can give you access to more opportunities and support.

***

### 2. Exploring Guilds

In the **Guild** page, you can browse available guilds.

Each guild card shows:

* guild name and description
* domain tags (e.g., DeFi, GameFi, Social)
* member count
* join option

👉 Choose guilds that match your expertise and interests.

***

### 3. Viewing Guild Details

Click on a guild to view detailed information.

***

#### 3.1 Guild Overview

You can see:

* domain focus and task types
* member requirements
* introduction and positioning

👉 This helps you understand whether the guild fits your skills and goals.

***

#### 3.2 Member Structure

You can view:

* guild members
* roles (e.g., leader)
* activity and contribution

👉 Active guilds with strong members are more likely to attract better tasks.

***

#### 3.3 Guild Metrics

Guild performance is measured using metrics such as:

* **GMV (30D)** – total completed task volume
* **WAU (7D)** – active members
* **Platform Contribution (30D)** – verified participation

👉 These metrics determine guild level and growth.

***

### 4. Guild Levels and Management Fees

Each guild has a level system with different capabilities and fee structures.

***

#### 4.1 Guild Levels

Guild levels are determined by:

* GMV (rolling 30 days)
* active members (WAU)
* platform contribution

Higher levels unlock:

* larger member capacity
* stronger influence on task allocation

***

#### 4.2 Management Fees

Guilds may charge a **management fee** from curator earnings.

* The fee is a percentage of your task reward
* It is deducted automatically during settlement

Example:

* LV1 Guild → \~8%
* LV2 Guild → \~12%
* LV3 Guild → \~16%

👉 This fee compensates the guild for coordination, access, and opportunities.

***

#### 4.3 Viewing Fee Details

You can click the **info icon (?)** next to the guild name to view:

* level requirements
* management fee structure
* guild benefits

👉 Always review this before joining.

***

### 5. Joining a Guild

If you find a suitable guild:

1. Click **Join**
2. Submit your application
3. Provide a reason (e.g., experience, skills, goals)

👉 A strong application improves your chances of being accepted.

***

### 6. After Joining a Guild

Once accepted:

* your interface changes to the guild dashboard
* you can view:
  * guild overview
  * member list
  * internal activity and updates

***

#### 6.1 Your Role in a Guild

As a guild member:

* you can participate in tasks through the guild
* your activity contributes to guild growth
* your performance affects both your earnings and the guild’s reputation

***

#### 6.2 Guild Benefits

By joining a strong guild, you may:

* gain access to more or better tasks
* benefit from coordination and shared knowledge
* improve your selection rate by merchants

***

### 7. Guild Economics (How It Works)

Guilds and curators form a mutually beneficial system:

* **Curators → contribute execution and content**
* **Guilds → provide structure, access, and coordination**

As guild performance improves:

* more merchants prefer working with the guild
* better tasks become available
* stronger curators are attracted

👉 This creates a positive growth cycle (“flywheel”).

***

### 8. Important Notes

* Guilds may charge management fees from your earnings;
* Fees vary depending on guild level;
* Joining a guild does not guarantee task selection or payment;
* Always review guild requirements and fee structure before joining.
