# Task Rules & Execution Guidelines

### 1. Purpose

This document defines the rules, expectations, and execution standards for tasks on MagVerse.

It ensures that:

* merchants can clearly communicate requirements;
* curators understand what is expected;
* task outcomes can be evaluated consistently and fairly.

***

### 2. Task Lifecycle Overview

A typical task on MagVerse follows these stages:

1. **Recruitment** – merchants publish tasks and select curators
2. **Creation & Review** – curators prepare content and may submit drafts
3. **Publication** – approved content is published within the defined window
4. **Submission** – curators submit proof of completion
5. **Review & Acceptance** – merchants and/or platform verify completion
6. **Settlement** – payment is processed under the T+3 model

Each stage must follow the rules defined below.

***

### 3. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for defining clear, complete, and actionable tasks.

#### 3.1 Task Clarity

Tasks must include:

* clear description of deliverables;
* required platform(s) (e.g., X (Twitter), YouTube);
* content expectations (format, tone, key message);
* any required materials (links, images, references);
* publication requirements (timing, hashtags, tags if applicable).

Ambiguous or incomplete task definitions may lead to disputes or inconsistent results.

***

#### 3.2 Fair Evaluation

Merchants should:

* evaluate submissions based on predefined requirements;
* avoid introducing new criteria after task publication;
* provide reasonable justification when rejecting submissions.

Unfair or inconsistent evaluation may be subject to platform review.

***

#### 3.3 Communication

Merchants should:

* respond to curator submissions or questions in a timely manner;
* provide feedback when draft review is required;
* avoid unnecessary delays that may impact task completion.

***

### 4. Curator Responsibilities

Curators are responsible for delivering content that meets task requirements.

***

#### 4.1 Requirement Compliance

Curators must:

* follow all task instructions and requirements;
* ensure content matches the defined format and expectations;
* respect publication timing and platform rules.

Failure to comply may result in rejection.

***

#### 4.2 Originality and Quality

Curators must ensure that:

* submitted content is original and not plagiarized;
* content is not spam, low-effort, or misleading;
* engagement is organic and not artificially manipulated.

The following are not allowed:

* fake followers or engagement;
* bot-driven interactions;
* duplicate or recycled submissions across tasks.

***

#### 4.3 Submission Standards

Curators must:

* submit valid proof of completion (e.g., live links, screenshots if required);
* ensure content is publicly accessible where required;
* submit within the defined time window.

Invalid or unverifiable submissions may be rejected.

***

#### 4.4 Content Stability

Unless otherwise specified:

* submitted content should remain live and accessible for a reasonable period after publication;
* deletion or major modification of content before review or settlement may result in rejection or reversed eligibility.

***

### 5. Draft and Review Process

If draft review is required:

* curators must submit drafts before publication;
* merchants should review and respond within a reasonable timeframe;
* only approved drafts should be published where applicable.

Publishing unapproved drafts may result in rejection if approval is required.

***

### 6. Publication Rules

For tasks with a defined publication window:

* content must be published within the specified time range;
* early or late publication may not be considered valid;
* time-sensitive campaigns must strictly follow the defined schedule.

***

### 7. Submission and Verification

After publication:

* curators must submit proof of completion through the platform;
* merchants and/or MagVerse will verify based on:
  * task requirements;
  * submission validity;
  * observable content and evidence.

Verification may include manual review and system-assisted checks.

***

### 8. Acceptance and Rejection

Submissions may be:

* **Accepted** – meets all requirements → eligible for settlement
* **Rejected** – does not meet requirements → no payout
* **Conditionally accepted** – minor issues → subject to clarification or adjustment

All decisions should be based on predefined rules and available evidence.

***

### 9. Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

* fraudulent submissions or falsified proof;
* manipulation of metrics or engagement;
* abuse of task systems or reward structures;
* repeated submission of low-quality or irrelevant content;
* misuse of platform features for unintended purposes.

Violations may result in:

* rejection of tasks;
* suspension of payouts;
* account restrictions or removal.

***

### 10. AI-Assisted Processes

MagVerse may use AI tools to assist with:

* task matching;
* content analysis;
* performance insights.

However:

* AI does not determine final task outcomes;
* all decisions are subject to platform rules and human review where applicable.

***

### 11. Disputes and Escalation

If disagreements arise:

* users may initiate a dispute according to the Dispute Resolution Policy;
* settlement may be paused during review;
* final outcomes will be determined based on task rules and evidence.

***

### 12. Best Practices

To ensure smooth execution:

**For merchants:**

* define clear and measurable requirements;
* provide examples where possible;
* communicate expectations early.

**For curators:**

* review task details carefully before participation;
* maintain quality and consistency;
* keep verifiable records of work.
