# Payments, Fees & Rewards

### 1. Merchant Deposit Requirement

Merchants must deposit sufficient funds before publishing a task.

* Tasks cannot be created or activated without available balance.
* Deposited funds are used to cover rewards and applicable platform fees.

***

### 2. Use and Return of Funds

#### 2.1 Task-Based Funds

For each task:

* The allocated budget is reserved for reward distribution;
* Any unused portion of task funds will be returned to the merchant account after settlement is completed.

#### 2.2 Account Balance

* Remaining account balance (not tied to active tasks) can be freely used by the merchant for future tasks or withdrawals (if supported).

***

### 3. Settlement Timeline (T+3)

MagVerse follows a **T+3 settlement model**:

* “T” = the time when a submission is **accepted as completed**
* Settlement is typically processed within **3 days after acceptance**

This period allows for verification, review, and basic dispute handling.

***

### 4. Conditions for Payment

Rewards are eligible for settlement only when:

* Task requirements are fully met;
* Submission is reviewed and accepted;
* No active disputes or violations exist;
* Platform rules and timelines are followed.

Submission alone does not guarantee payment.

***

### 5. Settlement Safeguards

MagVerse may delay, adjust, or suspend settlement in cases including:

* incomplete or non-compliant deliverables;
* quality issues or requirement mismatch;
* disputes between merchant and curator;
* suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation;
* violations of platform rules.

***

### 6. Platform Fees

MagVerse charges a **20% service fee** on the final settlement amount of each completed task.

* The service fee is deducted during settlement;
* The remaining amount is distributed to the curator.

***

### 7. Guild Management Fees

If a curator participates through a guild:

* The guild may charge a **management fee**, defined independently by the guild;
* This fee is deducted from the curator’s reward;
* MagVerse does not control or guarantee guild fee structures.

***

### 8. Referral Commission Program

MagVerse offers a referral program with ongoing commission incentives.

#### 8.1 Curator Referrals

* For each completed task by a referred curator:
* The referrer receives **20% of the platform service fee** generated from that task.

#### 8.2 Merchant Referrals

* For each paid task created by a referred merchant:
* The referrer receives **10% of the platform service fee** generated from that task.

#### 8.3 Referral Binding

* Referral relationships are permanently associated once confirmed;
* Commissions are automatically calculated and credited to the referrer’s account.

#### 8.4 Referral Conditions and Safeguards

* Referral rewards are calculated based on **successfully completed and settled tasks only**;
* Tasks that are canceled, disputed, rejected, or not settled will not generate referral commissions;
* MagVerse reserves the right to review, adjust, or revoke referral rewards in cases of abuse, manipulation, or suspicious activity.

***
